Hi De Ho friends..........
Hope this little piece of me finds you
all well. Summer is a very busy time for
all of us,
remember to take some time for you,
whether it be praying, walks alone,
relaxing, or
playing in the sun. I love summertime
myself, as most of you know, I would
rather
be outside than in, it helps me with my
creativity, and gives me some peace
inside.
A peace that is needed to strive on in
my career.
As you know, I didn't get to this point
in my career overnight, it has taken
strength
I never knew I had. I couldn't have that
strength, if it wasn't for God. I have
been
asked many times what keeps me going, in
all that I am up against in this
business.
I do have an inner drive I can't
explain, again something I wouldn't have
if it wasn't
for God who built me. My better half
Lorie, and my two girls, have been
through it all
with me, and deserve an enormous amount
of credit for their hangin' in there.
They are
my girls, and are loved very much.
Thanks to all of you that have come to
my shows,
and bought my records, and been there
for me.
As most of you may know, I broke into
the top 75 on the Music Row charts this
week.
That is something I have tried to do for
years, and finally have broke into the
big
leagues. There are radio stations in 41
states across the US ,and in 12
countries, now
playing my song.............'As Long as
I'm Here". Where ever you are, be
listening for it.
If you haven't heard it yet, please call
your favorite station, and request
it, we need more spins on it, to get us
up the charts. If you are having trouble
getting it heard in your area,
e-mail me and let me know what station
it is, and I will have my Nashville team
service
them. It is amazing, that my little
song, has traveled so far, in such a
short time!!!
Please continue to watch my calendar for
dates in your area, this song is helping
us get booked in places that we haven't
been yet. I have tons of radio stops
this year, and am
thankful that I have been accepted to
the next level. If it was not for radio,
I would not
be in almost every state, and in all
those countries.....Thanks to all you
PD's and MD's
that added my records, I know most of
you personally, and you know how much I
truly
appreciate all you have done for me. The
charts and market areas for a song is
hard to
understand, as there are several levels.
Thank God again, for getting me to the
level I have been working for for
years..............
I have a fun date on June 25th, at Sweet
Ole Bob's in Spokane, it is a parking
lot party you won't forget.....come join
us, it will be a month or so before you
see and Moonshine
again, as I will be in the Southeast
doing radio biz......and working on my
first video. I will
let you know when to watch for
